You can request for your e-Invoice using this webform for policy issuance / claims payment dated on or after 1 July 2025. Please ensure that the information provided is accurate.

By submitting the Policy e-Invoice or Claims Self Billed online request:

(i) you declare that the information provided is true and correct (and understand and agree that AIG, believing them to be such, will rely and act on it and will not be held liable if the information provided is false, misleading or inaccurate); and

(ii) agree that AIG will perform the necessary validation against such information to process the e-Invoice request.
